We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Operating room travel registered nurse to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.

RN Qualifications:

• BLS,
• NY RN LICENSE

Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

– Provide daily leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and appropriate assignment of duties

– Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as necessary

– Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and training of new nursing staff members

– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

– Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, adhering to established policies, protocols, and standards

– Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and take appropriate action in crisis situations

– Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards within the nursing department

– Promote a safe and healthy work environment for nursing staff by enforcing infection control procedures and safety protocols

– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall enhancement of patient care services

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
