We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Operating room travel registered nurse to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.

RN Qualifications:

• BLS,
• NY RN LICENSE

Registered Nurse Duties & Responsibilities:

– Coordinate and provide direct patient care, ensuring high-quality and compassionate nursing services to meet the individual needs of patients.

– Oversee and manage the nursing staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the healthcare facility.

– Act as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support in the implementation of evidence-based practices and best-in-class patient care.

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring all aspects of patient care are addressed and coordinated.

– Conduct regular assessments of patients to monitor their health status, identify any changes or concerns, and develop appropriate interventions.

– Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.

– Educate patients and their families on healthcare conditions, procedures, and self-care techniques to promote overall wellbeing and prevent complications.

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic health record systems.

– Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
