Nurse Manager – RN

$85,000- $100,000 Per Annum

Negotiable Relocation Package

Must Haves:

♦ Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.

♦ Current unrestricted state licensure as Registered Nurse.

♦ CPR/BCLS certification

Nice-To-Haves:

♦ BSN Preferred Preferred

♦ CRRN Certification preferred

♦ Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership preferred.

♦ Minimum of two years previous rehab nursing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department

– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

– Develop and implement nursing care plans

– Coordinate staffing schedules and manage personnel performance

– Provide consistent, comprehensive and effective patient care

– Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow

– Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure continuity of care

– Train, mentor, and coach nursing staff to ensure a high standard of care

– Monitor and maintain the nursing budget
