We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Operating room travel registered nurse to join our growing team of registered nursing professionals.

LPN Qualifications:

• BLS
• NY LPN License

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care with a focus on maintaining and promoting their physical and mental well-being.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and symptoms to report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or physician.
4. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients, considering their specific needs and preferences.
5. Educate patients and their families on various health conditions, self-care techniques, and medication instructions, ensuring they understand and can follow the provided information.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as registered nurses, physicians, and therapists to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Assist in the evaluation of patient responses to treatments and interventions, making recommendations for modifications to the care plan as necessary.
9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff members.
10. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in nursing practices and technologies.
