Pay: $2,083.20 per week

Shifts: 8-hour shifts, with flexible start/stop times; 1 weekend a month expectation

Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in the dynamic environment of Walterboro, South Carolina. This role will involve working across both a 14-bed rehab unit and a 135-bed acute care hospital setting, assisting with patient care across various departments.

Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist

• Float between Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) and the Acute Hospital floor
• Provide speech therapy services to 5-6 patients on rehab 3-5 times per week, adjusting based on frequency/need
• Handle acute caseloads as they vary, including outpatient modified treatments once a week
• Utilize Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) equipment

Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBSS)
• Experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred
• FEES certification and experience is preferred
