Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech)

Location: Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown, NY

Pay: $2,888.00 per week

Shifts: On-call approx. every 5th weekend (Friday to Monday), one night per week, and potential holiday coverage

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Cardiac Sonographer specializing in echocardiography for a travel assignment at Bassett Medical Center. This role requires working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing essential diagnostic information through advanced echocardiographic procedures.

Key Responsibilities of the Cardiac Sonographer

• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) for inpatients and outpatients
• Conduct structural heart evaluations
• Utilize ultrasound contrast and agitated saline
• Perform adult transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), including TEE probe high-level disinfection (HLD)
• Conduct adult stress echocardiography (STE)

Requirements of the Cardiac Sonographer

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from an accredited Cardiac Diagnostic Sonography program
• Registry eligible for Adult Echocardiography through ARDMS
• RCS Certification eligible through CCI
