Job Title: RN – Telemetry – Travel

Location: Peoria, IL

Pay: $2,571.84 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 0700-1930 and 1900-0730

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role involves working in an acute care setting, primarily caring for patients with cardio-thoracic conditions. Key Responsibilities of the RN – Telemetry – Travel

• Interpret EKG readings and titrate medications as needed, including Cardizem and heparin.
• Provide care to patients with conditions such as MI, CHF, COPD, and manage patients post-pacemaker or AICD placement.
• Work collaboratively with the charge nurse and house supervisor, participate in patient rounding, and monitor tele strips.
• Assist with respiratory therapy equipment where appropriate, including Cpap and Bipap.

Requirements of the RN – Telemetry – Travel

• Active IL RN license or confirmation of application initiation
• BLS and ACLS certifications strongly recommended
• Experience in EKG interpretation and medication titration
