Pay: $88/hr

Shifts: Days – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN specialized in Surgery to join the team in Santa Fe, NM. This will be a travel assignment involving routine and complex patient care, with the expectation to float to the main campus OR as needed. Competent and independent practice is essential in this dynamic and supportive nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Surgery

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN – Surgery

• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS and ACLS Certification via AHA required
• 1 year of experience in surgery or related nursing specialty preferred
