Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. This travel assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma center with a dedicated team in a 15-bed unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – PICU – Pediatric Intensive Care – Travel

• Provide care for pediatric patients in a Level II Trauma unit
• Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including intensivists and respiratory therapists
• Perform IV starts and blood draws, TPT placements
• Utilize General CR Monitoring and Meditech/CPN EMR systems
• Work effectively under pressure in a teaching hospital environment

Requirements of the RN – PICU – Pediatric Intensive Care – Travel

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• BLS & PALS certifications
