Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse – PCU

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients with a 2:1 ratio
• Manage med/surg and PCU patients with a 4:1 ratio
• Operate ventilators and manage specialty beds
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech
• Float across units as required, contributing to patient care wherever needed

Requirements of the Registered Nurse – PCU

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Med/surg experience required
• Proven experience in a similar RN role
