This role involves working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting patients undergoing cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries. Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN – Cardiovascular Progressive Care

• Manage epidurals and chest tubes effectively
• Administer tube feedings and utilize IV glucommander
• Handle cardiac gtt management, including phenylephrine, dobutamine, dopamine, milrinone, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, heparin, nitroglycerin, and ketamine

Requirements of the Travel RN – Cardiovascular Progressive Care

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Stepdown and Telemetry experience is mandatory
• Prior experience with cardiovascular and vascular surgery patients within a year is preferred
