Key Responsibilities of the RN – Oncology – Travel

• Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
• Direct and guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
• Maintain relevant, accurate, and current patient records
• Provide and document assessment of patients throughout hospital admission
• Participate in identification and evaluation of patient care quality
• Represent the hospital in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements of the RN – Oncology – Travel

• Outpatient and travel experience required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Proficiency in education and counseling of oncology patients
• Capability to work with terminally ill patients and their families
