Shifts: 7A-7:30P / 7P-7:30A

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Oncology

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments
• Perform central line, mediport access, and lab draws
• Provide CHG baths including care for central lines and dressings
• Manage blood product transfusions

Requirements of the RN – Oncology

• Active TX RN License (Temp License is NOT accepted)
• BLS Certification
• 5+ years of nursing experience with a focus in oncology
• Experience with mediporCs, PICCs, central lines
• Chemotherapy Certification preferred
• Experience with Meditech preferred
