Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN – Med Surg – Travel to join a team in Utica, NY. This role focuses on providing care to MS Stroke Stepdown patients in an adult demographic. Working within a dynamic environment, this position involves floating as needed and requires working with specialty equipment such as IV pumps and feeding tubes.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with common diagnoses such as stroke, COPD, CHF, and pneumonia
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Utilize specialty equipment, including IV pumps and feeding tubes
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records
• Float to different units as required

Requirements of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• Active NY RN License and all active RN Licenses
• Current AHA BLS, NIHSS
• 2+ years of experience in MS with stroke stepdown experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Travel experience required
