Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in MedSurg/Telemetry for a travel assignment in Macon, GA. This role involves working within a dynamic hospital environment, catering to a diverse patient population with various medical and post-surgical needs.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – MedSurg/Tele

• Perform trach care and manage chest tubes
• Start and maintain PIVs
• Utilize strong assessment and time management skills
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and develop discharge plans
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms telemetry
• Manage post-cath groin sites and TR bands
• Titrate insulin, heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone, milrinone, Digoxin, and nicardipine drips

Requirements of the RN – MedSurg/Tele

• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred (EKG competency exam during onboarding)
• Certification in med surg is a plus
• 6 months of EPIC experience required
• Minimum 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
