Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN in the Med Surg specialty for a travel assignment based in Wheeling, WV. This role involves working in a dynamic acute care environment with a focus on postoperative and medical patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a 52-bed unit with a nurse-patient ratio of 1:6-7
• Work alongside a Charge Nurse and Clinical Assistants
• Perform patient assessments and documentation using Sunrise EMR
• Assist with telemetry monitoring as needed
• Coordinate patient care with a multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to hospital policy on weekend and holiday rotations

Requirements of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• Unexpired driver's license for submission
• Valid RN license in West Virginia
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with peritoneal dialysis is highly preferred
