Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Pay: $2436.48 weekly

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 3am-3pm

This role involves providing general medical surgical nursing care on diverse patient populations in an acute care setting. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in MedSurg nursing, with the ability to float to medical units as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• Perform assessments and care planning
• Engage in inter-professional communication
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) proficiently
• Manage IV therapy, pumps, and wound vacs
• Administer heparin and insulin drips

Requirements of the RN – Med Surg – Travel

• IN State RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• At least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience required
• At least 1 year of MedSurg experience at a large hospital (600+ beds) required
