Key Responsibilities of the RN – Labor and Delivery

• Provide acute care as an L&D RN with a patient ratio per AWHONN guidelines
• Perform typical procedures including versions, C-sections, and vaginal assisted deliveries

Requirements of the RN – Labor and Delivery

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM – C or AWHONN certifications
