Location: Grafton, WI

Pay: $2,455.92 per week

Shifts: Day: 07:00-19:30, Night: 19:30-07:00

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ICU RN for a travel assignment in Grafton, WI. This is a critical care position on the Intensive Care Unit's 2nd Floor, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment in a Level III Trauma Center with a 136-bed capacity.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit

• Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive lines such as A-lines and CVP
• Handle drains and tubes, including chest tubes and Foley catheters
• Provide post-surgical and post-cath care
• Experience with fresh hearts preferred, CVVH, and Balloon Pumps
• Administer Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) using NxStage
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 based on acuity
• Float to Intermediate units, MSU, ED Boarding, and Observation units as needed

Requirements of the RN – ICU – Intensive Care Unit

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3 years of ICU experience required, with preference for CRRT experience
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system preferred
• Experience with general ICU procedures and equipment
