Location: Morristown and Basking Ridge, NJ

Pay: $2,527 per week

Shifts: 8a-4p, 5 days per week, with on-call weekends required once per month

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in hospice care for a travel contract in Morristown and Basking Ridge, NJ. This role requires a dedicated professional with a passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care in a home hospice setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN – Hospice – Travel

• Performs patient assessments and develops care plans for patients and families
• Ensures appropriate utilization of services maintaining visit productivity standards
• Completes discharge assessments and documentation within required timeframes
• Uses age-appropriate teaching methods for patients and families
• Assumes responsibility for case management, revising care plans as necessary
• Maintains a safe environment, following infection control measures
• Participates in performance improvement programs and agency business growth activities
• Attends staff meetings and participates in PI meetings as requested
• Assists with growing agency business through orientation and cross-training

Requirements of the RN – Hospice – Travel

• Minimum two years of experience as an RN in a home hospice environment
• Current New Jersey RN License
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license
• BLS certification
• Experience using an EMR, with strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Associate's degree or diploma with RN License in New Jersey
