Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Hospice RN to join the Supportive Care Team in Green Bay, WI. This is a rewarding travel position in the home hospice environment, covering a specified territory. The role requires dedication to patient care while working weekends.

Key Responsibilities of the Weekend Program RN – Hospice

• Perform focused assessments and critical thinking for patient care
• Address patient agitation issues and provide symptom management
• Conduct after-hour PRN visits for symptom management, falls, and death visits
• Administer narcotic pain medications and manage mediation kits at home
• Collaborate with Lead RN and SCT members for patient updates and reports

Requirements of the Weekend Program RN – Hospice

• 2 years of Home Health or Home Hospice experience
• BLS, active driver's license, and State of WI RN License
• Own vehicle and auto insurance
• Comfortable with wound care, feeding tubes, and post-fall assessments
