Key Responsibilities of the RN – Home Health

• Provide holistic nursing care to patients aged 18 and over, focusing on wound care, medication, and disease management
• Perform catheter insertions and manage drains
• Conduct wound vacuum therapy and IV infusions
• Utilize Homecare Homebase for effective patient charting
• Collaborate with LPN/CNA and case management teams

Requirements of the RN – Home Health

• Valid RN license and BLS certification
• Driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; Home Health preferred
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase charting
• Ability to perform critical thinking tasks during home visits
