Key Responsibilities of the RN – ER/ED

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy, high-volume ER setting
• Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and effective care
• Manage and monitor patient conditions
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements of the RN – ER/ED

• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications before the start date
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 2 trauma center or a high-volume ED
• At least 1-year experience in an ER setting
• Strong teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the ER
