Location: Cooperstown, NY

Pay: $2,888.00 weekly

Shifts: 4x10s (on-call: early call 12a-6:30a, late call 7p-12a; rotate Sunday 24-hour call)

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Dialysis RN for a travel assignment at a hospital-based inpatient dialysis unit in Cooperstown, NY. The role focuses on providing acute hemodialysis treatments for adult patients in a collaborative environment. Candidates will be responsible for initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis treatments while maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities of the RN – Dialysis

• Initiating dialysis treatments
• Monitoring patients during treatment
• Terminating dialysis treatments
• Communicating with providers throughout treatment
• Independently troubleshooting dialysis machines
• Administering medications
• Managing vascular accesses

Requirements of the RN – Dialysis

• Prior inpatient dialysis RN experience strongly preferred
• Experience with hemodialysis required
• Experience using Fresenius machines preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working independently in acute care settings
• Ability to manage dialysis accesses and administer medications during treatment
• Experience documenting in Epic preferred
