Key Responsibilities of the RN – Behavioral Health – Travel

• Conduct manual blood pressure checks and use glucometers
• Perform EKGs as required
• Engage in verbal de-escalation techniques to manage patient interactions
• Conduct observation rounds and monitor vital signs
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and ensure milieu management/safety
• Perform patient and belongings searches as needed

Requirements of the RN – Behavioral Health – Travel

• Valid CPI and BLS certifications
• Previous Behavioral Health experience
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records documentation
