Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Provide respiratory treatments, care, and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies
• Conduct procedures involving ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 years of acute care hospital RRT experience
• Preferred trauma experience
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred
