Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Manage critical care units and perform ventilator management
• Conduct nebulizer treatments and perform ABGs from A-lines and sticks
• Assist in intubation/CODE scenarios and rapid responses
• Collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• Proficiency in critical care skills and ventilator management
• Demonstrated good assessment skills
• Experience with respiratory therapy equipment such as Servo and 840
