Location: Oak Brook, IL

Pay: $3,032 weekly

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment based in Oak Brook, IL. This role involves providing home health services to adult and geriatric patients within the Central Metro E coverage area. This is a fully remote position after a two-day onsite orientation, where all meetings are virtual and supplies delivered to your home.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist – Travel

• Conduct 6 patient visits per day within coverage area
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADL's) and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate effectively with other specialties such as RN, OT, and Speech

Requirements of the Physical Therapist – Travel

• 2 years of PT Home Health experience with adult/geriatric patients
• Active PT license in Illinois and BLS certification (AHA)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
