• Provide pharmaceutical care and consultations
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient therapies

• Administer and monitor high-alert medications, compounding, and dispensing systems

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• Possess a valid PA state license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• EPIC Beacon and Pyxis experience required
