Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Provide a full-time schedule of 30 visits per week with a 35-hour guarantee
• Conduct an average of 5–6 patient visits daily
• Coordinate visit times directly with patients
• Document care within various EMR systems (Kantime, Kinnser, Axxess, Homecare Homebase)
• Focus on higher-level visits, including SOC, Evaluations, Reassessments, and Discharges

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of FL
• Experience in home health settings
