Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us in Brevard County for a fulfilling home health role. This full-time position entails providing care to patients across multiple agency partners, utilizing state-of-the-art EMR systems in a flexible and autonomous field-based environment.

Key Responsibilities of the OT, Home Health

• Provide care to patients across multiple agency partners
• Complete full-time workload of 30 visits per week with a 35-hour guarantee
• Finalize daily schedules by 5:00 PM the day prior
• Coordinate exact visit times directly with patients
• Cover Saturday orthopedic visits as needed
• Utilize Pariox EMR for schedule visibility and document within various partner agency EMRs

Requirements of the OT, Home Health

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
• Experience in home health environment
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Kantime, Kinnser, Axxess, Homecare Homebase)
