Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• Conduct ADL evaluations and document justifications for the next level of care
• Provide treatment to both adult and pediatric patients in acute and rehab settings
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and adapt to varying care areas
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication skills
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Valid Wisconsin state license
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Experience in occupational therapy, particularly in acute care settings
