Key Responsibilities of the MRI Technologist

• Perform MRI scans on outpatient, inpatient, and ED patients, including those with complex medical conditions
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients during the imaging process
• Utilize GE Discovery, Siemens Aera, and Magentom Skyra MRI equipment competently
• Collaborate with Lead Techs and Imaging Assistants to optimize workflow
• Adhere to departmental protocols and guidelines

Requirements of the MRI Technologist

• Valid BLS certification
• ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification
• 3-5 years of MRI experience, including with GE and Siemens equipment
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
