Location: Utica, NY

Pay: $1,678.40 weekly

Shifts: Days, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, every other weekend required

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN specializing in rehabilitation for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role involves working within a long-term care environment, offering the opportunity to work across various units in the same facility, providing care to diverse patient populations including MS, ortho, dementia, and memory care.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a 40-bed unit
• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document and report changes in patient conditions using EMR system PointClick Care
• Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure outstanding patient care
• Float across various units as needed within the facility

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• Valid NY nursing license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
