Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for a travel assignment in Falmouth, MA. This role requires providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants. Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Travel

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and meet with assigned nursing staff for planning
• Complete and file recordkeeping forms upon resident admission, transfer, or discharge
• Encourage attending physicians to review treatment plans and record relevant orders
• Receive and transcribe physician orders, prepare and administer medications
• Charts notes in a manner reflecting care provided and resident responses
• Administer professional services such as catheterization, tube feedings, and vital sign recording
• Participate in facility surveys and perform nursing administrative functions as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Travel

• Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or graduate of an approved LPN program
• Current, unencumbered, active MA LPN license
• BLS / CPR and AED Program Certification
• Proficiency in English language and ability to provide care according to age-related needs
