Seven Healthcare are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening position in Geneva, NY. This travel assignment allows you to work in a dynamic environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing direct and indirect skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric residents.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN – Part Time Evenings

• Collect data relevant to resident's physical and psychosocial condition and communicate findings to RN and Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contribute to developmentally age-appropriate and culturally relevant care plans involving the resident/family and healthcare team.
• Recommend care plan revisions and refer as needed to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Maintain current nursing knowledge and participate in mentoring/orientation of staff.
• Provide care within the scope of practice, considering safety, cost, and impact.

Requirements of the LPN – Part Time Evenings

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS certification through AHA or RQI
• 1 year of experience as an LPN in a Long-Term Care Facility
