Seven Healthcare are seeking a qualified LPN/LVN specializing in outpatient clinic and urgent care environments for a travel assignment located in Rochester, NY. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment with rotating Saturday shifts and floating between various FM/IM/Peds locations. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

• Obtain and instruct patients on clean catch urine procedures
• Conduct simple dressing changes and telephone triage
• Monitor vital signs and conduct medication reconciliation
• Perform follow-up phone calls and interpret laboratory results
• Label specimens accurately and manage patient health questionnaires/history/allergies
• Handle pharmacy calls and patient refill requests
• Set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays
• Collect throat specimens and administer vaccines

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

• Active NY LPN/LVN license
• BLS certification
• One year of relevant experience
• EPIC experience preferred
