Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Waterloo, NY. This position involves delivering expert care to adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Travel

• Collect data on residents' physical and psychosocial conditions, and communicate findings to the RN and Interdisciplinary Team.
• Contribute to creating a developmentally age-appropriate and culturally relevant plan of care.
• Recommend and revise care plans based on evaluation of resident outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice and participate in staff mentoring/orientation.
• Provide leadership in the professional practice setting under the RN's direction.

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Travel

• NY LPN Licensure
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI only)
• 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care facility
