Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide nursing care as directed by the supervising RN or physician
• Assist in the assessment of patient needs and development of care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
• Document patient care and progress accurately

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Current LPN / LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
