Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

• Provide patient care and administer medications in accordance with care plans
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to registered nurses and physicians
• Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

• Valid LPN/LVN license
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
