Key Responsibilities of the CNA – Long Term Care

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in long-term care settings
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and rehabilitation exercises
• Observe and report any significant changes in a resident's condition

Requirements of the CNA – Long Term Care

• Valid CNA license in New Mexico
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred
