Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and report any changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Document patient care accurately in Point Click Care (PCC) system.

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Active Minnesota nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.
• Minimum of 2 hours cancellation notice required.
