Key Responsibilities of the Certified Surgical Technician – CVOR

• Assist in performing CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements
• Collaborate with teams consisting of RNs and CST Techs
• Ensure high-quality patient experiences and maintain clear communication with staff and providers

Requirements of the Certified Surgical Technician – CVOR

• Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience
• BLS, DORA, and NBSTA certifications must be in hand
• Proficiency in Open Heart surgery experience
